Shipping Policy

All orders are packaged and ready for the courier within 12 hours of being placed. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is packed.

Standard shipping, with signature required $9.00

(1 - 3 days for urban areas)

Standard shipping (3 - 5 days rural areas) $9.00

Orders over $70 receive free shipping

We do not currently ship overseas.

Please note these times can change in busy periods like Christmas, Easter and Hawke's Bay anniversary holidays. If you haven't received your parcel within the allocated time frame please contact us at thescentritual@hotmail.co.nz

Return & Exchange Policy

Each product is lovingly handmade in small batches. Please allow for a variation in pattern or color. The very best of care has been taken in making each item, from creating to packaging but human error can happen. I am are happy to exchange any faulty product within 14 days of your purchase. Please email me at thescentritual@hotmail.co.nz. We do not refund for change of mind.

Our parcels are signature required, please make sure someone will be home to sign for your items. If you have an Authority To Leave (ATL) with your local courier driver, please make sure it is left somewhere safe and secure and in a shaded area where your wax melts will not melt. We will not refund or replace if your items are stolen through ATL. If your package is delivered to the wrong address or not delivered, through fault of the courier provider, The Scent Ritual will lodge an investigation on your behalf. Once the investigation is concluded and it is deemed to be no fault of the customer, The Scent Ritual will reimburse all costs to the customer.
